Shraddhakar Supakar (1914-1993) was a prominent social activist, politician, and writer in India. He served in various legislative bodies, including the Odisha Legislative Assembly, Lok Sabha, and Rajya Sabha. A qualified lawyer, Supakar contributed significantly to education, participating in several educational institutions and as a member of the Odisha Text Book Committee (1939-41). He was also committed to civil liberties, acting as the Chairman of the Reception Committee for the All India Civil Liberties Conference in Cuttack in 1954.
