Sol Rubin Bodner (March 7, 1929 - October 29, 2019) was a professor and researcher at the Technion. His research focused on elastic-viscoplastic and viscoelastic modeling of materials, high strain rate behavior of materials, dynamic response of structures, and ballistic penetration analysis. He also made significant contributions in the fields of composite materials and submarines.
