Silvia Gonaone Makgone, born on March 3, 1963, in Aminuis, Namibia, is a Namibian politician. She has been a member of the National Assembly representing the SWAPO party since 2010. Makgone served as Deputy Minister initially in the Ministry of Higher Education in 2013, later in the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development from 2015, and since 2018, she is serving in the Ministry of Fisheries. Her political career spans over a decade, highlighting her contributions to public service in Namibia.
