Shikaji Morikawa (October 7, 1904 - February 20, 1981) was a Japanese yakuza and the first leader of the Morikawa-gumi. He was connected to the Yamaguchi-gumi crime syndicate through his son-in-law, Choji Yajima, who was the fourth generation's subordinate. Morikawa was born in Kawanoe, which is now part of Shikokuchuo city, Ehime Prefecture. His prominence in organized crime marked him as a significant figure in the Japanese underworld.
