Shelomoh Sh. Ḳatsin (March 1909 – October 23, 1982) was a rabbi, kosher slaughterer, and mohel. He served as the rabbi of the neighborhoods Nachalat Achim and Nachalat Tzion in Jerusalem. Katsen was also the head of the religious court in Egypt and a judge in Jaffa and Tel Aviv. His contributions included religious guidance and community services within his roles across various locations.
