Seyyed Mohsen Habibi (born August 21, 1947 – died September 28, 2020) was a full professor in the field of urban planning at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Tehran. He is recognized by some publications as the 'father of urban planning in Iran'. His contributions to urban planning significantly influenced the discipline in the country.
