Howell Emanuel "Trai" Donaldson III is a convicted serial killer responsible for the murders of four individuals in the Seminole Heights neighborhood of Tampa, Florida, in 2017. All victims were shot at random. Donaldson was arrested on November 28, 2017, after he handed a pistol to his manager, which was linked to the murders. He was indicted on December 7, pleaded not guilty, and later, on May 1, 2023, pleaded guilty, receiving four consecutive life sentences without parole.
