Selma Fındıklı was a Turkish novelist and short story writer, born on November 19, 1965, in Eskişehir and passed away on April 26, 2015, in Ankara. A graduate of the French Language and Literature Department at Hacettepe University, she worked as a dramaturge at the Theatre Publications unit of TRT Ankara Radio since 1986. Her first novel, 'Nereye Yüreğim,' was published in 1994, and she received several awards for her works, including the Haldun Taner Short Story Award in 1996.
