Seiran Avagian is an Armenian politician born on December 15, 1954. He served as a representative in the National Assembly of Armenia from 1995 to 2003, during the first and second convocations. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1995, he held a position in the Supreme Council of Armenia. His political career includes significant contributions to the governance of Armenia in the post-Soviet era.
