Sebastián Rodríguez Veloso is a former Spanish terrorist and current swimmer, born on February 27, 1957, in Cádiz. He was sentenced to 84 years in prison for his involvement in the anti-fascist group 'Grupos de Resistencia Antifascista Primero de Octubre' and for the murder of Rafael Padura. After a hunger strike that left him wheelchair-bound, he was released in 1996. Ultimately, he was granted clemency in 2007 for his achievements in Paralympic swimming, securing multiple medals, including eight golds.
