He studied at the capital's industrial design school under notable masters including Sándor Szopos, Manó Vesztróczy, and Béla Zombory Moldován. During the 1920s and 1930s, he spent several summers at the Szentendre Artist Camp and regularly attended János Thorma's master school at the Nagybánya Artist Colony. He primarily exhibited at Nemzeti Szalon and Műterem Szalon.
