Samantha Ponder (née Steele) is an American sports broadcaster born on December 11, 1985. She currently hosts 'Sunday NFL Countdown' on ESPN. Prior to this, she worked as a reporter/host for 'ESPN College Football' and served as a sideline reporter for basketball games. Ponder replaced Erin Andrews on 'College GameDay' and co-hosts the Saturday 9 AM ET edition. She was also a regular sideline reporter for 'ESPN Friday Night Football' from August 2012 to 2014 and appeared on the regional 'Longhorn Network' owned by ESPN.
