Sadayoshi Miyake (March 23, 1908 - September 30, 1998) was a prominent Japanese zoologist known for his work in the classification of Decapoda, especially the Stomatopoda. He held a doctoral degree in agriculture and served as an esteemed professor emeritus at Kyushu University. Miyake played a significant role in the establishment of the Japanese Crustacean Society, where he was a founding member and later served as its president, contributing greatly to the advancement of crustacean research.
