Sadao Iguchi was a Japanese politician born on December 2, 1905, in Tokushima Prefecture. He served as mayor of the former Wakimachi (now part of Mima City) after winning the election in 1958. He held significant roles, including chairman of the Tokushima Dairy Farmers' Conference and president of the Society for Promoting Tokushima Culture, where he oversaw the journal 'Tokushima no Bunka'. His contributions to culture in the region earned him the Tokushima Prefecture Cultural Award in 1993. Iguchi passed away on May 23, 1999.
