Sinnathamby Nagarajah (28 February 1931 – 8 May 2008) was a prominent Sri Lankan Tamil lawyer and politician who served as the Mayor of Jaffna. Educated at Jaffna Hindu College and Madras Christian College, Nagarajah worked as an attorney in the northern regions of Sri Lanka. He served on the Jaffna Municipal Council, becoming mayor in 1966, and later took on the role of vice-chairman of the Jaffna District Development Council. In the 1990s, he relocated to New Jersey, USA, remaining active in the Tamil diaspora before his passing in 2008.
