He spent his career playing for clubs including Hertha Harburg, RasenSport Harburg, and Hamburg from 1931 to 1945. Noack earned 3 caps for the German national team from 1934 to 1937, scoring one goal. He participated in the 1934 FIFA World Cup in Italy, where Germany finished third, and notably scored during the semifinals against Czechoslovakia. Noack passed away on June 30, 1947.
