Ross F. Littell was an American designer born on July 14, 1924, and known for his contributions to textile and furniture design during the Good Design movement of the 1950s. He gained recognition for his innovative and minimalist approach. One of his most notable creations is the three-legged T-chair, which he designed in 1952 alongside William Katavolos and Douglas Kelley. This chair is included in the permanent collections of prestigious institutions such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art in New York, and the Art Institute of Chicago.
