Ronnie Penque (born March 23, 1962) is a seasoned bassist, singer, and songwriter with a career spanning over three decades. Since 2005, he has played bass for the New Riders of the Purple Sage, a band rooted in the psychedelic rock movement of the 1960s. He has also led bands like Melvin Seals and JGB and participated in various New York area bands. In addition to band work, he released his first solo album, 'Only Road Home', in 2010, and founded 'Panama Dead' in 2018, focusing on New Riders' music.
