He was a candidate of legal sciences and an associate professor, known for being one of the founders of modern Ukrainian constitutionalism. His significant work, a dissertation titled 'Constitutionalism of Mykhailo Drahomanov,' published in 1998, is a thorough study of Drahomanov's views on state law, critical for constitutional development in Ukraine. He passed away on October 17, 2011.
