Roman Daca, also known by the pseudonym 'Longin', was a Polish Catholic priest and Colonel in the Home Army. Born on February 23, 1905, in Kopyczyńce, he served as a chaplain in the Polish Army before 1939 and later as a chaplain for the Lviv District of the Home Army during World War II. He was awarded the Virtuti Militari Cross of the 5th class in 1944 for his service.
