Rolf Andreas Køste (born January 12, 1929) was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party, serving as mayor of Røros from 1972 to 1973. He worked at Televerket for 50 years and participated in the reconstruction of Finnmark from 1947 to 1967, also serving as mayor of Gamvik during this time. He contributed to telecommunications development in various regions and was involved in establishing the Norwegian Telecommunication Museum in 1992. Køste is an honorary member of the Labour Party, and he has received several accolades for his service.
