Lars Roland Mårtensgård (1918-1994) was a Swedish editor and journalist born in Söderala. His career began at Söderhamns Tidning, where he served as a general reporter before becoming the sports editor. Later, he worked as a freelance journalist and became editor-in-chief of Söderhamns Tidning in 1961. Following the paper's closure in 1963, he edited the Söderhamn office of Ljusnan. Mårtensgård was also involved in local sports administration and authored a book on the history and culture of Söderhamn. He is buried at Söderhamns kyrkogård.
