Roger Taubert, also known as Roger Tellier, was a French Jew born on March 2, 1923, in Coulommiers, France. He was actively involved in the resistance movement during World War II as a member of the Sixième-EIF in Brive-la-Gaillarde, engaging in rescue and hiding missions. He served as a liaison agent for the Combat movement. Tragically, he was deported and died of starvation in Dachau on April 20, 1945, at the young age of 22.
