Rod Stryker, born Nimrod Andre Gross on October 19, 1957, is an American yoga and meditation teacher, author, and speaker. He founded ParaYoga and authored 'The Four Desires: Creating a Life of Purpose, Happiness, Prosperity, and Freedom' in 2011. A yoga instructor since 1982, Stryker has a background in acting, having appeared in the soap opera 'Capital' and in the 1980s action series 'Riptide' and 'The A-Team'. His teachings integrate principles of yoga and meditation aimed at promoting a purposeful life.
