Rodney J. Isbister, born on March 29, 1963, is a celebrated ice hockey player recognized for his achievements at Northeastern University. He was instrumental in leading the Northeastern Huskies, earning the Rookie of the Year title in his first season. Throughout his collegiate career, he contributed to two Beanpot championships and was named to both All-Hockey East and All-New England teams. Isbister remains third in the school's all-time scoring with 189 points, and after college, he played briefly in the AHL.
