Robin Talbot Johnstone was an English rower born in Ipswich, Suffolk, on August 6, 1901. He competed in the early 20th century and participated in the 1920 Antwerp Olympics, where he won a silver medal in the coxed eight rowing event. Johnstone was also the coxswain of the Cambridge crew in the Oxford-Cambridge Boat Race. He studied at Eton College and the University of Cambridge. He passed away on February 20, 1976.
