Robert D. Raiford was an American radio broadcaster and actor, renowned for his political commentaries on The John Boy and Billy Big Show aired in the South. He began his broadcasting career in 1944 and worked extensively in radio and television, including notable roles at WTOP and WBT. Raiford acted in 28 films, often playing judges, and taught Communications at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He retired in 2016 after a stroke and passed away on November 17, 2017. His catchphrase was 'Who says that? I say that!'.
