Rie Arikawa is a Japanese ice dancing coach and former competitor, born on January 16, 1981, in Kyoto. She began skating in 1984 and competed with partner Kenji Miyamoto. Together, they won two national titles and participated in seven ISU Championships. They had notable placements, including a first senior national title and a bronze medal at the Asian Winter Games. Following her competitive career, Arikawa transitioned to coaching, guiding couples like Emi Hirai / Marien De La Asuncion and Misato Komatsubara / Timothy Koleto.
