Richard Van Dyke Correll (1904–1990) was an American artist primarily recognized for his work as a printmaker. His career began in Seattle with the Federal Art Project, but he later spent most of his life in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area. While working as a commercial artist in book publishing and advertising, he also created fine art reflecting themes such as landscapes, nature, music, and socio-political issues. His artwork is noted for its strong, rhythmic design, predominantly in black and white.
