Ri Kōyū, born Takahashi Kōyū, was a Japanese businessman and the founder of Sania Pharmaceutical Industry (now part of Japan's Boehringer Ingelheim) and Tōa Kōgyō. He served as the first president of both the Tokyo Korean Chamber of Commerce and the Korean Chamber of Commerce in Japan. His notable achievements in business extended into recognition from South Korea, as he was awarded the Dongbaek Medal for his contributions.
