Rhee Millena Timbang is the 13th Obispo Máximo (Supreme Bishop) of the Philippine Independent Church, serving from 2017 to 2023. He was the first supreme bishop from Mindanao and previously served as the Diocesan Bishop of Surigao. Timbang actively advocated for human rights and was critical of President Duterte's martial law in Mindanao. In 2021, he promoted ecumenism by signing joint statements with the Roman Catholic Church to enhance cooperation. After his tenure, he was succeeded by Joel Porlares but continues to serve as the diocesan bishop of Surigao.
