René Charlebois, also known as Balloune, was a Quebecois criminal and murderer born on February 8, 1965. He was a member of the Hells Angels Nomads chapter. Charlebois committed suicide at the age of 48 in 2013, after escaping from prison. He left behind a video will that later contributed to the downfall of former investigator Benoît Roberge. He was closely associated with Hells Angels leader Maurice 'Mom' Boucher and gained public attention during his wedding in 2000, attended by notable singers Ginette Reno and Jean-Pierre Ferland.
