Ray Albert Francis Swart (28 February 1928) was a South African politician. He studied in Durban and qualified as a lawyer. Swart became politically active at a young age, initially supporting the United Party and was elected as a Member of Parliament for Zululand in 1953. After the formation of the Progressive Party in 1959, he became its leader in Natal, but lost his seat in the 1961 election. He returned to parliament in 1977 as an MP for Musgrave in Durban and later became the chairman of the Progressive Federal Party.
