Begum Rashida Sultana Emily is an election commissioner and former judge from Bangladesh. Appointed as an election commissioner in 2022 through a notification from the Cabinet Division, she began her career in the judicial service in February 1988 as an assistant judge and magistrate in the BCS 85 batch. She retired as a district and sessions judge in Rangpur in 2020. Although originally from Kazipur in Sirajganj, she resides in Sirajganj city, and her son is a law teacher at Khulna University.
