Randolph Bowe, known as 'Lefty' and 'Bob', was an American pitcher in the Negro leagues from 1938 to 1940. Born on December 18, 1918, in Amandaville, Kentucky, he debuted with the Kansas City Monarchs before playing for the Chicago American Giants. Though selected for the 1940 East–West All-Star Game, he declined to participate over a salary dispute. He passed away on July 19, 2016, at the age of 97.
