Rajiva Wijesinha, born on May 16, 1954, is a distinguished Sri Lankan writer known for his political analysis and creative work. He served as a Senior Professor of Languages at the University of Sabaragamuwa and was appointed Secretary-General of the Peace Process Secretariat in 2007. A member of the Liberal Party of Sri Lanka, he has held various leadership positions, including President of the party and Vice-President of Liberal International. Wijesinha is also active in politics and travel, having authored works like 'Beyond the First Circle'.
