Osuna achieved notable success in his career, becoming a Grand Slam champion and reaching the highest singles ranking of No. 1 in 1963. He competed in various international tennis events, including the Summer Olympics. Sadly, his career was cut short when he passed away on June 4, 1969, in Mexico.
