Quan Gao (November 24, 1936 – March 22, 2014) was a prominent contemporary Chinese oil painter born in Bengbu, Anhui, China. He graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1961, studying under Dong Xiwen. Gao served as the director of the creation studio at the China People's Revolution Military Museum and was a council member of the China Oil Painting Society, being honored as a leading figure in modern Chinese painting.
