Yang Seung-man (October 4, 1909 - March 7, 1990) was a South Korean independence activist from Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi-do. After the March 1st Movement, he moved to Manchuria to continue his independence activities, engaging in anti-Japanese struggle during the Japanese occupation. He did not return to Korea until 1986 due to a sense of responsibility to bring back compatriots remaining in China. Unfortunately, he tragically died just before receiving a certificate recognizing his contributions to the independence movement.
