Milutin Skočajić was a retired major general of the Army of Republika Srpska, born on September 23, 1936, in Podgrđe near Mostar. He served from 1992 to 1995 as an operative in the command of the Drina Corps and as the chief of staff of the corps, while also being the deputy commander of the corps. He passed away on April 23, 2004.
