Known as the 'Peacock Princess' and the 'Goddess of Dai Opera,' she was recognized for her contributions to performing arts within the Dai ethnic community. Wan Xiaosan had a significant impact on the cultural representation of the Dai people in China until her passing on May 2, 2013.
