Qi Aiqun (January 13, 1963 – December 13, 2003) was a Chinese Communist Party member from Jingjiang, Jiangsu. He served as the head of the Political Work Section of the Livestock Bureau and was appointed to key positions in the Banguo County Committee, where he significantly contributed to the development of organizational personnel work. He passed away due to a sudden cerebral hemorrhage at the age of 40.
