Kim Hong-jeon (November 15, 1914 – July 6, 2003) was a South Korean theologian and pastor renowned for his scholarship in biblical languages and Reformed theology. He authored 86 books on theology and music, significantly influencing many ministers. After the liberation in 1945, he served as an advisor to the U.S. military government in North Jeolla Province. During the Korean War, he acted as a special envoy for President Syngman Rhee, engaging in diplomatic work with Ambassador Chang Myon. He migrated to Canada in 1974 and served a church in Toronto until his death.
