Yakov Porfiryevich Dokuchaev (November 25, 1920 – November 18, 2017) was a Soviet physicist and radiochemist who participated in the testing of the first Soviet atomic bomb on August 29, 1949, at the Semipalatinsk test site. He held a Doctor of Technical Sciences degree and was a professor in the Department of General and Experimental Physics at Yaroslavl University. He is noted in the list of '100 outstanding Yaroslavl residents'.
