Soud Qubailat (born October 10, 1955, in Mleiha) is a Jordanian writer and politician. He has published writings in various local newspapers, later becoming the editor-in-chief of the magazine 'Afkar' and then the president of the Jordanian Writers Association in 2007. His ideological and political leanings are towards communist leftism, and he became the Secretary-General of the Jordanian Communist Party in May 2023.
