Born on December 25, 1919, in Khoiniki, Gomel province, RSFSR, he became a Doctor of Philological Sciences and was recognized as an excellent educator in the RSFSR. Toybin's contributions to philology and literature earned him a prominent place in academic circles until his death on September 19, 1988, in Kursk.
