Halina Aляксандраўна Bartashevich (June 18, 1932 – November 12, 2021) was a Belarusian folklorist and a Doctor of Philological Sciences (1994). She received the State Prize of Belarus in 1986. Bartashevich contributed significantly to the study and preservation of Belarusian folklore, making her a notable figure in her field. Her works and research helped highlight the importance of folklore in Belarusian culture, fostering a greater understanding and appreciation for its traditions and stories.
