Oleg Andreyevich Kharchenko (born December 1, 1948, in Savasleyka, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast) is a Russian architect and educator. He holds the title of Candidate of Architecture and is a professor. He served as the Chief Architect of St. Petersburg from 1992 to 2004. He became a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Arts in 2001.
