Razmik Sargsi Minasian (January 13, 1936 - December 10, 2017) was a prominent Armenian scientist specializing in construction mechanics. He earned his Doctorate in Technical Sciences in 1987 and became a professor in 1988. Minasian graduated from the Armenian Agricultural Academy and Moscow State University. He contributed significantly to the study of stress-deformation in construction and hydraulic engineering structures, soil mechanics, and static and dynamic elasticity problems. He was a member of scientific councils and authored textbooks, advocating for advancements in agricultural engineering.
