Tatiana Kounovna Dilman (October 7, 1902 – April 22, 1961) was a Soviet organic chemist and the first director of VNII SNDV. In the 1930s, she worked at a research laboratory at the Experimental Plant of the Main Perfume Trust in Leningrad, becoming a lab head in 1944. From 1945, she served as the first director of the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Synthetic and Natural Fragrance Substances (VNII SNDV). She received the Stalin Prize in 1949 for developing and introducing new methods for synthesizing fragrant substances.
